UK Customers - Duty & VAT Explained
Business Customers - VAT Registered
1, If you are a VAT registered customer, Simply put in your VAT number when registering your account or checking out.
2, You will NOT be charged VAT by us at checkout & UK VAT & Duty (If applicable) will be subsequently collected by DPD Couriers.
3, You will receive an email from DPD outlining what UK VAT & Duty is due on your order, and will be able to click on their email to make payment.
4, When this is paid your order will be cleared for delivery.
Regular Customers - Non VAT Registered
1, You will be charged UK VAT at 20% at checkout.
2, If your order is subject to Duty, DPD will collect that before delivery
3, You will receive an email from DPD outlining what is due, and can pay this online by clicking the link in their email.
4, When this is paid, Your order will be cleared for delivery.
If there is no duty to be paid on your order, Step 3 will be skipped!
